This animated GIF was taken with about 50 images which were taken hand-held -- and thus not very steady. I was able to use Hugin following a process for aligning the images automatically. I was then easily able to make a video using ImageMagick for this GIF and similarly at a full-sized video (>4k resolution) using FFmpeg via a process akin to this post.

Some businesses are just closed awaiting shoes to drop or things to resume to normal
